A Charlottesville, Virginia, viene organizzato un party di mezzanotte per celebrare l´uscita di Remember Two Things, primo album della Dave Matthews Band.
L´evento ha un successo enorme, insperato: una folla di circa 400 persone inizia a formarsi già dalle 7 del pomeriggio. Il proprietario del negozio di dischi che ospita il party dichiara: "Abbiamo fatto altre volte vendite di mezzanotte in occasioni particolari, ma questa è la folla più numerosa che abbiamo mai avuto ... più numerosa di U2, R.E.M., e Pearl Jam".

A 15 anni di distanza dalla prima uscita discografica e con un nuovo album in arrivo, il connubio sinergico tra l´entusiasmo di Con-fusion, la Community Italiana dedicata alla band, e la competenza di Ezio Guaitamacchi darà vita, lunedì 26 maggio, ad una puntata speciale di Rockfiles interamente dedicata alla Dave Matthews Band.
In diretta dalla Salumeria della Musica di Milano si alterneranno sul palco la JOE BUSTED BAND (ad oggi la più completa DM cover band italiana, con un repertorio ricco di brani ispirati dai trascinanti arrangiamenti live della band originale e da un genuino gusto per la jam session ), FRANCESCO ´FRY´ MONETI (violinista dei Modena City Ramblers e dei #41, gruppo tributo a Dave Matthews), GIUSEPPE SCARPATO (chitarrista solista di Edoardo Bennato, attivo in numerosi altri progetti e collaborazioni, tra cui il progetto acustico Joe Busted trio, ispirato all´attività live di Dave Matthews e Tim Reynolds) e il talentuoso songwriter romano MARCO FABI, vincitore del Premio Ciampi 2006.

On Monday, May 26, 2008 LifeGate Radio – music station of the italian ecofriendly portal LifeGate – scheduled a special episode of the live show RockFiles entirely dedicated to Dave Matthews Band, featuring various italian musicians – and DMB admirers - performing and chatting under the guide of the conductor Ezio Guaitamacchi, one of the first italian music journalists. Con-Fusion, the DMB Italian Community, played an active role in the organization of the event, and now invites you all to share that special night.

Charlottesville (VA). A midnight party is given to celebrate the release of Remember Two Things, first album of the Dave Matthews Band.
The event meets with a huge, unexpected success: a crowd of 400 people starts gathering outside the music shop where the party takes place since 7 pm. The owner states: "We have organized special midnight sales sometimes on special occasions, but this is the biggest crowd we ever had… bigger than for U2, R.E.M. and Pearl Jam. "

15 years after the band´s first release and with a brand new album scheduled, the energy of Con-Fusion - the Italian Community dedicated to the band – met with the expertise of Ezio Guaitamacchi to let a special event happen: on May 26 LifeGate Radio scheduled a special RockFiles episode entirely dedicated to the Dave Matthews Band.
The live stage of Salumeria della Musica hosted the performance of JOE BUSTED BAND - nowadays the most complete italian cover band, with a rich repertoire of songs following the original band´s overwhelming arrangements and with a gut taste for jam session -, FRANCESCO "FRY" MONETI - violinist of Modena City Ramblers and #41, Dave Matthews cover band - , GIUSEPPE SCARPATO - solo guitarist with Edoardo Bennato also involved in many other projects including Joe Busted Trio, a cover trio inspired by the Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds live arrangements – and MARCO FABI – talented songwriter winner of the Premio Ciampi in 2006.
